live copilot · for the moment that matters

A coach in your ear. Invisible to everyone else.

Heidi's Live Copilot is real-time AI coaching that runs during your meeting. Every five seconds it re-reads the conversation against the goal you set beforehand, and when something matters (an objection, a buying signal, a drift off-target) it whispers the exact move on your screen. Only you see it. Note-takers like Otter or Fireflies hand you a recap once the call is lost. Heidi acts while it can still change.

it hears the moment

It catches the tell you'd miss.

While you're talking, presenting and thinking, the room shifts: a hesitation on price, a “we'll see.” Heidi is reading all of it, live: every word, the balance of who's speaking, who leaned in and who went quiet. Signals come in three families.

Tip: the tactical nudge

Suggestion: the opening worth taking

Threat: the objection, the risk, the alert

it feeds you the move

The exact line, the second it matters.

Every five seconds, Heidi re-reads what was just said and asks one question: is there anything here that serves your goal? If yes, the move appears. If not, Heidi says nothing. Silence beats a filler suggestion. Six kinds of move:

They said

We've got budget allocated for this quarter.

Heidiheidi whispers

The budget is there, don't let it drift. Say: “On that budget, how about a 30-day pilot to prove ROI before a team-wide rollout?”

They said

My real question is how confidential our calls are.

Heidiheidi whispers

Answer short, then prove it: “End-to-end encryption, EU hosting, zero third-party model training. I'll send you the security page right after this.”

You're drifting

You've moved onto the Slack integration. Your goal was the pilot agreement.

Heidiheidi whispers

Refocus. Ask: “What would you actually need to launch a pilot next week?”

The goal isn't guesswork. It comes from your prep. Before the call you set your objective, your mood, what the meeting is for (discovery, update, closing) and what type it is. That's why the advice is about your deal, not generic sales theory.

two screens, one call

They see a normal call. You see the playbook.

A participant named Heidi joins the call: everyone sees the bot, that's what listens and transcribes. But the coaching layer is yours alone. No tells, no pauses, no “hang on, let me check.”

anatomy of a live save

The deal Karim was about to talk himself out of.

Karim had the room, until the prospect asked the question that freezes every rep: “So what does this actually cost per seat?” His instinct, like always, was to blurt the number and brace.

Karim caught it on screen, paused half a second, and re-anchored on the goal she'd mentioned earlier. The number landed soft instead of sharp.

Two minutes later she revealed the real blocker, a second stakeholder, and I flagged it before Karim could gloss past it. He offered to build that person's case on the spot. A call he'd have logged as “going nowhere” became a scheduled next step, live.

Heidiheidi whispers

Don't lead with price. Anchor the outcome she said she wanted, then quote. Her trust just dipped.

HeidiKarim closed it. I just made sure he didn't fumble the two seconds that decide it.
before / after

Same call.
Two completely different reps.

Nothing about the meeting changes: same people, same platform, same thirty minutes. What changes is that you stop finding out what went wrong once it's already over.

The objection lands. You freeze, improvise, move on.

They ask the price. You blurt the number and brace.

The person who actually signs never comes up.

You drift off your goal and notice at minute 40.

You talked 71% of the time and called it discovery.

You replay the call at 11pm wondering what you missed.

pulse · trust · impact

What Heidi means when it scores the room.

Three numbers, three different questions. Two of them move while you're still talking.

Pulse

0

The vibe of the meeting: how the conversation flows, the tone, the words chosen, whether people understood each other, repetition, talk-time balance, interactivity. Was this call good energy?

Moves live, during the call

Trust

0

Your credibility in the room: does the other side trust what they're hearing? It's a relational metric, tracked person by person across meetings: consistency, responsiveness, reciprocity, recency.

Evolves meeting to meeting

Impact

0

The probability that something actually happens. A weighting of Pulse and Trust. Is this call going to lead anywhere?

Moves live, during the call

Where the scores come from: the conversation itself, read live. Heidi turns how the exchange actually unfolds into Pulse, Trust and Impact while the call is still happening. One thing it never does: analyse your voice. No pitch, no delivery, nothing measured from the sound of you. The read is on the conversation, not on your voice.

live calls where reps acted on a whisper, in our beta

The first time she flagged a hedge mid-call, I closed a deal I'd have let cool. I don't run a call without her now, it's like having my best manager in my ear, except no one knows.

how it runs

Where Live Copilot actually works.

Platforms

Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and Whereby: a participant named Heidi joins the call to listen and transcribe. For in-person meetings and voice memos, Heidi captures the mic directly, no bot needed.

Where you see it

A panel that opens beside the call, anchored right, taking about a third of your screen, or the browser extension, which merges the copilot into your browser. No heavy desktop app to install.

Languages

Real-time multilingual transcription, with advice generated in your language. 18 languages supported.

What “real time” means

A few seconds of latency: live transcription plus a five-second reading cycle. It's a copilot that thinks, not a subtitler. You can space the refresh out if it feels too dense.

more than a note-taker

How is Live Copilot different
from a note-taker?

Heidi is not a note-taker, a transcription tool, or a post-call coaching app. A note-taker records the call you already lost. A generic AI copilot suggests and leaves you to do the work. Heidi preps you, coaches you live, scores the room and writes the follow-up: one Meeting OS, working while the deal is still alive.

they said it, not me

Reps who stopped winging the hard moments.

It's like having my best manager on every call, except invisible. I used to freeze on pricing pushback; now the line is just there. Two deals last quarter I'd have lost to a fumbled objection, both closed.

HeidiTwo for two. I'm keeping score even when you're not.

I watched my trust score dip the moment I started over-talking, and Heidi told me to shut up and ask a question. I did. The whole call turned. You don't get that from a recap.
