live copilot · for the moment that matters

A coach in your ear. Invisible to everyone else.

Note-takers tell you what went wrong after it's over. I tell you what to say while it still changes the outcome, the reframe, the question, the proof point, whispered to your screen, live, only to you. They just see you being sharp.

it hears the moment

It catches the tell you'd miss.

While you're talking, presenting and thinking, the room shifts, a hesitation on price, a “we'll see.” I'm listening to all of it, live: every word, every tone change, who leaned in and who went quiet.

  • Tracks tone, pace and hesitation in real time
  • Spots objections and cooling trust as they happen
  • Knows who's talking, and who just went silent

it feeds you the move

The exact line, the second it matters.

Not a summary next week. A move right now, the reframe that turns a stall into a next step, the question that surfaces the real decision-maker. You stay in your voice. I just fix your timing.

  • The reframe that unsticks a stalled deal
  • The question that finds who really signs
  • The proof point that rebuilds trust on the spot

anatomy of a live save

The deal Karim was about to talk himself out of.

Karim had the room, until the prospect asked the question that freezes every rep: “So what does this actually cost per seat?” His instinct, like always, was to blurt the number and brace.

✦ heidiDon't lead with price. Anchor the outcome she said she wanted, then quote, her trust just dipped. Karim caught it on screen, paused half a second, and re-anchored on the goal she'd mentioned earlier. The number landed soft instead of sharp.

Two minutes later she revealed the real blocker, a second stakeholder, and I flagged it before Karim could gloss past it. He offered to build that person's case on the spot. A call he'd have logged as “going nowhere” became a scheduled next step, live.

HeidiKarim closed it. I just made sure he didn't fumble the two seconds that decide it.

two screens, one call

They see a normal call. You see the playbook.

Same meeting, two completely different screens. The coaching layer is yours alone, no tells, no pauses, no “hang on, let me check.”

YouTotally fair, let's anchor on that Q3 goal you mentioned, then figure out who needs to sign off.

live calls where reps acted on a whisper, in our beta

The first time she flagged a hedge mid-call, I closed a deal I'd have let cool. I don't run a call without her now, it's like having my best manager in my ear, except no one knows.

more than a note-taker

I'm not a tool in your stack. I'm the stack.

A note-taker records the call you already lost. A copilot suggests and leaves you to do it. I prep you, coach you live, score the room and write the follow-up, one Meeting OS, working while the deal is still alive.

It's like having my best manager on every call, except invisible. I used to freeze on pricing pushback; now the line is just there. Two deals last quarter I'd have lost to a fumbled objection, both closed.

I watched my trust score dip the moment I started over-talking, and Heidi told me to shut up and ask a question. I did. The whole call turned. You don't get that from a recap.
