analytics · desempenho real

Your real performance. Not vanity metrics.

Heidi's Analytics tells you whether you're actually improving. “Meetings attended” never closed a deal. Heidi scores every meeting on Pulse, Trust and Impact, tracks whether you hit the goal you set and how disciplined you were about it, ranks your contacts by relationship strength, and hands you one thing to fix today — over 7, 30 or 90 days, so you see a trend instead of a flattering snapshot.

Overview — every number that matters, and a verdict that doesn't flatter.

first, the honest premise

What meeting analytics should actually measure.

Most tools measure quantity because quantity is easy to count. Meetings attended, calls logged, emails sent — all of it tells you how busy someone was, none of it tells you whether they were any good. Effectiveness hides in different signals entirely.

Did the meeting have a point?

A meeting with no stated objective can't succeed or fail — it can only happen. Heidi tracks how often yours even had a goal.

Did you get it?

Goal-achievement rate: of the meetings where you knew what you wanted, how often you walked out with it.

Was it a conversation?

Talk-time balance, questions asked, turns taken. The meetings that go somewhere rarely have one person speaking for seventy percent of them.

Did anything happen after?

Follow-up rate and speed. The gap between a good meeting and a closed deal is almost always an email nobody sent.

Heidi“Meetings attended” is a number that has never once helped anyone. I track the ones that do.
the three scores

Pulse, Trust, Impact. Three different questions.

Every meeting gets all three. They answer things a single satisfaction score never could.

Pulse

0

The vibe of the meeting: how the conversation flowed, the tone, the words chosen, whether people actually understood each other, repetition, talk-time balance and interactivity. Talk ratio sits inside this one, weighing about a quarter of it.

Was this call good energy?

Trust

0

Your credibility with a specific person. It's relational, not per-meeting: tracked contact by contact across every conversation, built on consistency, responsiveness, reciprocity and recency — with freshness decay, so silence costs you.

Does the room believe you?

Impact

0

The probability that something actually happens as a result. A weighting of Pulse and Trust — because a warm meeting with someone who doesn't trust you goes nowhere, and so does a tense one with someone who does.

Will this go anywhere?
HeidiThree numbers instead of one, because “how did the meeting go” has never had a single-number answer.

Overview

Live

The hub. Every number on one screen, ending with a verdict that reads your figures and tells you what they mean.

 • Pulse, Trust and Impact
 • Goal-achievement rate · prep rate · on-time rate
 • Top contact · meeting count
 • A verdict sentence — a rule, not a free-form AI opinion, so the same numbers always read the same way

Team

LivePrime

Your real organisation, member by member — never a demo roster. Ranked by Impact, because that's the score that predicts whether anything actually happens.

 • Pulse, Trust and Impact per member
 • Prep rate, follow-up rate, punctuality, talk time and tasks
 • Strengths, risks and a note from Heidi on each person
 • On your own? You show up as a real member with a “flying solo” nudge — no invented teammates padding the list

The tab is live · adding paid seats is still being wired up

HeidiSeven tabs and I'll still tell you which one to open. That's what the daily challenge is for.
a tendência, não a fotografia

See yourself actually improving.

Um único número é um palpite. 7, 30 e 90 dias lado a lado são prova, sabes se o trabalho compensa ou se estás só ocupado. E se lideras uma equipa, a mesma lente mostra quem melhora e quem precisa de coaching.

Climbing all month. Your goal-setting habit is what moved it — keep it.

challenge a day, drawn from your own data — never a generic tip

Heidi“This month felt good” is a vibe. Three trend lines climbing is proof. I deal in proof.
before / after

Same month. Two completely different stories.

Your calendar looks identical either way. The difference is whether you can tell progress from motion.

“Good month, I think.” A feeling, dressed up as a fact.

Your dashboard congratulates you for attending 40 meetings.

A relationship goes quiet. You notice at renewal.

Half your meetings never had a stated goal. Nobody counted.

You follow up “when you get to it”. Sometimes never.

You know your numbers are bad. Nobody tells you which habit caused it.

You open the dashboard once, feel vaguely judged, never return.

anatomy of a number that didn't lie

O mês em que a Maya descobriu que só estava ocupada. she was just busy.

A Maya sentia-se produtiva. Agenda cheia, chamadas atrás de chamadas, inbox sempre a mexer. Por cada métrica de atividade, estava a arrasar. Pelas únicas métricas que contam, não fazia ideia, porque ninguém as mede.

So she asked: “Am I actually getting better?”

Heidiheidi answers

Honestly? You're busier, not better. Your Pulse is flat, barely half your meetings had a goal set, and one relationship has been quietly slipping for weeks. Here's where to focus.

Maya started setting a goal on every call, cleared her follow-ups inside 24 hours, and went after the cooling relationship before it went cold. Thirty days later the trend lines were climbing — fewer meetings, better ones. The activity dashboard had been congratulating her for being busy. The real numbers told her the truth.

HeidiBusy is easy to measure and easy to fake. Better is the one I care about.
trophies · because you'll actually come back

Daily Challenge

One thing worth doing today, drawn from your own data. An overdue task first; failing that, a meeting to prep; failing that, a relationship that's starting to slip.

Yours, not generic advice

progression · the coaching layer

Numbers tell you what. Progression tells you what to do.

A chart that says your Pulse is down eight points is information. Knowing it's down because you've been running discovery calls like presentations is coaching. Progression is the second one: red flags computed by rule from your own figures, then sticky-notes Heidi writes in your language — from your real stats, never from a template.

 • Flags a falling Pulse trend before it becomes a bad quarter
 • Catches follow-ups slipping and tasks stacking up late
 • Names the relationships going cold and the meetings you walked into unprepared
 • Live from your second finished meeting — no waiting a month for data

the wrap-up

Everything I know about you, in one report.

Analytics gives you seven tabs. The Wrap-Up gives you one document, and it always runs in the same order — over the same 7, 30, 90 or all-time window as everything else, under one hard rule: reformulate your real numbers, never invent a single one. Export it or copy it straight out.

The verdict

Where you actually stand this period, in one sentence you can repeat out loud.

What's working

The habits that moved your numbers. Keep doing these.

What's bleeding

The ones costing you, named rather than hinted at.

The pattern

What connects them — the thing you couldn't see from inside the month.

The moves

What to do next, drawn from your figures rather than from sales theory.

The promise

One commitment for next period. Heidi remembers it.

HeidiSeven tabs is a dashboard. One report you can read on the train is an answer. The Wrap-Up is the answer.

who it's for

Who is Analytics for?

Anyone who's ever mistaken a full calendar for a good month.

Your goal-achievement rate, not your activity count

A relationship starting to slip lands in tomorrow's challenge

Watch your talk ratio inside Pulse — and watch it come down

Prove a habit change worked over 90 days, not over one good week

more than a dashboard

How is this different from an activity dashboard?

Most analytics count what's easy: meetings, calls, emails sent. Conversation intelligence platforms like Gong or Chorus are built for managers reviewing recorded calls after the fact, usually sold per seat across a whole org. Heidi is built for the operator first — your meetings, your habits, your relationships, and one thing to fix today. No rollout required.

Activity dashboardcounts meetings, proves nothing

Heidi

Scores, discipline, relationships, written coaching and a daily challenge — over 7, 30 or 90 days.

Measured from the meetings themselves, not from how many entries you remembered to make in a system. And it works for one person, on day one, without asking anyone's permission.

HeidiYour CRM tells you what stage the deal is in. I tell you whether you're getting better at deals. Different questions entirely.
