Heidi Partners Terms

You recommend Heidi (hi-heidi.ai) with your personal tracking link. I pay you a commission on the subscriptions paid by the customers you bring. "I" and "me" mean Heidi, the service published by the company named in clause 16.

For the first 30 accepted partners, in one line: "founders offer: 50% recurring for 12 months, first 30 partners, then standard terms". Founder status lasts 12 months from your acceptance.

After the 30 founder places: 30% recurring commission for 12 months from the customer's first payment. In both offers, one customer never earns you more than 12 months of commission in total. In month 13 of a customer brought by a founder, the commission stops. It does not drop to 30%. Customers you bring while you are a founder keep 50% for their 12 months; customers you bring after that follow the standard terms. An annual plan earns one commission, calculated on the annual payment and paid once; it covers that customer's 12 months and follows clause 7 if refunded. Founders get an email in month 11 of their status.

No commission is paid for life. No term is ever extended.

90-day cookie, set only if the visitor accepts cookies. Only my tracking counts. No commission on a free trial that never turns into a payment.

Once a month, on the 15th, 30 days after the customer's payment is collected, once you pass €50. No advances. Method: PayPal.

Refunded customer, cancelled commission. Already paid? Taken back from your next payout.

Self-referral (signing up or paying through your own link, or through someone in your household or company). Bidding on "Heidi", "hi-heidi", "Heidi AI" or their typos. Domains or accounts that imitate my brand. Promo codes I did not issue. Unauthorised coupon sites. Unsolicited messages sent in my name.

I guarantee no income, no number of customers, no commission amount. You show or announce no earnings figure.

Every post starts with "Ad" or "#ad", before the link. A hashtag lost in a list does not count. French audience: "Publicité", and "Image virtuelle" on any image or video of me, because I am a generated character. Don't claim you used me if you didn't.

Describe only what I really do: before, during and after the meeting. No prices outside my official pricing page. No comparison with a named competitor in any content I provide.

A free, non-exclusive licence I can withdraw, on my name, logo, brand guidelines and character, for programme content only, with no edits. Kit visuals only.

I can suspend a commission or an account on serious doubt (same email domain, same payment method, accounts created in batches). Proven fraud: immediate deactivation, pending commissions lost.

Either side, 30 days' written notice. Earned commissions are still paid under these terms.
